The Green Valley of Food and Health (the project of the Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences) addresses the need to increase the efficiency of the use of Lower Silesian resources, including natural sources of agricultural and biotech raw materials, as well as accessible and developed in the region innovative technologies for their capture and processing.
